Collctiv and Ryft, two Manchester-based FinTech entrepreneurs, have teamed up to revolutionise the group payment industry and offer a more personalised checkout process.

Collctiv will take advantage of Ryft’s experience to make it easier for users to create money pots, which will streamline the money collection procedure for those who plan collective presents and activities. Collctiv has additional advantages from the new partnership, including lower fees and more flexible payment options.

Furthermore, by personalising the payment process, the company anticipates that the introduction of customizable payment links will increase customer engagement.

Additionally, it appears that the partnership will expedite Collctiv’s merchant onboarding procedures, resulting in increased operational efficiency and transparency. By extending their presence throughout Europe and beyond, the cooperation will also assist both businesses break into new markets.

The official start of the cooperation was November 1, 2023. The joint venture has already shown a 7% rise in Apple Pay transactions since its inception.
